Where are Shezzi Foods spices sourced from?

All our spices are sourced directly from traditional smallholder farmers across the high altitude misty hills of Wayanad, Kerala, ensuring peak freshness, high essential oil content, and authentic terroir.

How is the cardamom graded?

Our Green Cardamom is carefully hand-sorted to 8mm+ Extra Bold size. Only mature, green, aromatic pods with dense black seeds are packed into food-grade moisture-seal pouches.

What payment methods do you support?

We use Razorpay and direct UPI QR to support all major Indian payment options: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (50+ banks), and wholesale Bank Transfers.

What are your delivery timelines?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from Wayanad. Deliveries across South India typically arrive in 2-3 days, and across North/West/East India in 4-6 business days.
